 Rod is a well regarded and highly experienced executive who has a track record of transforming prospects and clients into long term and valued business partners.

His 30 year career in asset servicing includes experience of supporting a variety of financial institutions such as banks, wealth managers, insurance companies, hedge funds, asset managers, and fund managers.

He has worked for both the "buy" and "sell" side of many of the major industry players such as Citi, JPMorgan, BNPParibas, Societe Generale, Brown Brothers Harriman, BNYMellon, and more recently as Head of European Business Development at Thesis Unit Trust Management Ltd.

Commercially minded and tenacious, he has excelled at both securing new business, and retrenching and developing existing client relationships.

 Tim is a highly experienced leader with a track record of delivery across several Investor Services and Asset Management firms.

He is well known as a popular and respected leader of people and for managing highly successful teams globally.

Tim has more than 30 years experience and was previously, MD, Head of UK for HSBC Securities Services. Prior to that he spent almost 15 years with RBC Investor & Treasury Services, more recently as MD, Head of Business Management globally. At RBC he managed Client Services, Operations, Change Management, Network Management, Vendor Management, Incident Management and a number of other senior roles globally.

Tim has also held roles with Invesco Asset Management, Prolific Asset Management, Baring Asset Management, HD International and Nomura.

Tim has an MBA from the OU Business School.
